Daphne Y. Jefferson, Executive Coach, PCC
Daphne Jefferson is a highly respected author, executive coach, facilitator, and consultant.
She is dedicated to helping leaders thrive in today’s fast-paced environment by developing a strong coaching relationship based on trust, candor, clear goal setting, and accountability.
Before becoming a leadership coach, Daphne was a senior executive leading large financial management and mission support organizations with several U.S. federal government agencies, including the U.S. Department of Transportation and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Daphne holds a Master’s in Public Administration from American University and served as a Brookings Institution Legislative Fellow in the U.S. House of Representatives. In addition, she earned a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and is a PCC certified coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). Daphne is the author of the book, Dropping the Mask: Connecting Leadership to Identity, about the intersection of leadership and identity. She enjoys cooking, reading, travel, and learning the art of metalsmithing.
