Diana Banks, Leadership Coach, PCC

Diana is a dynamic facilitator and executive coach with more than 20 years of experience in Corporate America in the areas of Relationship Management, Business Development, and Consulting. The majority of her career has been spent building high performing teams and serving in a variety of capacities in Fortune 500 firms.

A passion to help individuals identify and pursue their career goals led her to leadership coaching. Diana is focused on creating and delivering strategies that help individuals experience career breakthroughs creating a platform for authentic change.

Diana presently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for a non-profit in Washington, DC, whose mission is to educate and empower families, organizations, and communities in the areas of traditional foster care and family preservation.

Diana earned her BBA from Baruch College, and her MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
