Elias Ursitti, Leadership and Organizational Psychologist, PsyD, ACC

Elias is a leadership and organization development practitioner. As a consultant, he takes a systems approach and helps organizations design and build a culture that achieves desired business outcomes. As a credentialed executive coach, Elias works with leaders to take skilled, wise, and compassionate action to develop high-performing teams and promote employee well-being. He is experienced in using various 360-degree feedback instruments (and other psychometric assessments) to unlock the leadership potential of an organization. Elias specializes in coaching military leaders and civilians.

Elias has vast international experience from his career with the U.S. Army, and he is proficient in Russian and German. Elias holds a government security clearance for consulting with federal entities. He resides in Colorado Springs and enjoys hiking in nature.
