Roberta Bantel, Leadership Coach, PCC
Roberta is a former marketing executive with 18 years of experience in the communication and advertising industry. Having held several leadership positions, Roberta understands the challenges leaders go through on an everyday basis. Roberta informally began coaching and guiding her own staff and direct reports while running Omnicom’s subsidiary, TBWA, in Berlin, Germany. Through this experience, she found her true passion and has dedicated the last ten years to developing and focusing exclusively on coaching, workshops for leadership development, and corporate cross-cultural leadership.
As a coach, Roberta supports clients transitioning to higher-level responsibilities and leadership positions, building solid and effective relationships, and dealing with conflict effectively. Roberta’s main expertise is coaching across borders and across cultures. Having worked and lived in six different countries, most of her adult life has been balanced between European, American, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Latin cultures. Roberta offers her clients coaching in English, Swedish, and Portuguese.
With a BA in Social Communication from the Catholic University of Santos, Brazil, Roberta is a certified coach and serves as Associate Director for the Leadership Coaching Program at Georgetown University in Washington, DC. In 2008, Roberta founded Roberta Bantel & Friends LLC. The company works with one to one coaching and workshops for clients in the US, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and South America. Her coaching experience includes clients in Banking, Finance, Law, Strategic Consultancy, Non-Profit, Automotive, Oil and Gas, Advertising, and Communication industries in several countries and locations, including Sweden, Germany, England, Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Australia, Dubai, Argentina, Brazil, and United States. At Roberta Bantel & Friends, Roberta leads a team of multicultural, multinational coaches based all over the world, all committed to supporting and developing clients and leaders.
Roberta currently lives in Washington, DC, and works with clients in Asia, Europe, Middle East, the USA, and South America.
